This dude seems like one of the most humblest and down to earth people ever....
  • @w1zent91
Dark sky paradise is such an amazing album
  • I've always felt like you don't truly know an artist until they have these kinda sit downs. Authentic. Matured talks. Enjoyed this interview
  • Ngl when he started crying about his mom asking him what he’s doing that shit brought me to tears too. Ppl don’t even understand the doubt and struggle we go through as independent artists tryna make it smh. I love this interview! 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I’m going back to recording more music as soon as it’s over! P.S. make sure y’all check out my album! It’s going CRAZY! 🔥🤝💯

As refreshing as this video is of Sean. It’s just makes me think damn I never had no family or anyone to hold me down. It just shows how important having a foundation is in being successful. I never had a support system whatsoever.

“Sometimes thinking is the lowest version of feeling something” I felt that

Big Sean might be the most honest and genuine artist 💯

Damn when he was talking about his mom it cut deep. Made me call my mom and tell her i love her and appreciate what she did for me as a kid.
  • @yaisa111
He is so genuine, and i love how he holds the essence of him...close. Not here to be exploited for nothing. Mad Respect to him as an artist and a Man and a new Father. BLESS
  • @hiphopdx
Sean should be top of any conversation about growth within Hip Hop - excited for the new album
  • @devenulmer
Notice how he said, ‘’life has been a lot lately’’. That goes to show, regardless of his status, he’s a regular human being with real emotions
  • @solas444
Support from your parents is something I wish I had as a kid, salute to Sean’s parents that shit hit home for me

I gained more respect for Big Sean with this interview so far. I think he’s bigger than rap. In the sense that, he’s more of a spiritual/intellectual figure that can provide more to the world as opposed to through music. I liked a few of his songs but I think his true calling is motivational speaking and life coaching.
  • It's funny how things that most of us (men) feel is a weakness or is a bad look, is actually strength and powerful. Very much appreciate witnessing that real moment of Big Sean and his mom. Definitely reminded me of my mom and my connection to her and even how much I didn't get to connect. She passed in 1994. Much respect Sean.

Gotta understand where he’s from to even understand why this man doesn’t respond to every single negative energy. You can’t live like that in Detroit, you literally have to choose peace. Shout out to Big Sean for having the kind of peace people can’t understand and money can’t buy . 🙏🏾❤
