  • Great vid Dirty. One small caveat: remember, Entacapone is only effective in the peripheral circulation, it can't cross the CNS. Tolcapone however can be used to inhibit COMT in the peripheral circulation as well as the CNS.

  • Awesome! Small correction though, The only 3-MT inhibitor that works in the brain is Tolcapone. Both Entacapone and Tolcapone work in the perifery. Keep up the great work!
