Sweet stuff Kofi. It’s been a year or so since I’ve seen your channel and this is a great video to remind me how much value you bring to the community. I dont think I’ll ever call myself a filmmaker but for sure I’ll keep creating. Next year I want to work more on the “practice” of my gear rather than just switching through bodies to try and review 😂

Sending a video message is HUGE and probably one of the most overlooked HACKS there is in getting business! I can't tell you how many people decided to take a meeting with me because I sent a video message, as opposed to a text/email, etc. People are very impressed with this type of communication - especially when it's a cold outreach - because video puts a name to the face and also builds up familiarity/trust right away!

As an old guy from a photography background just getting into videography, I find I've adopted a lot of similar traits in developing a game plan for what I want to focus on in this new venture. I very much appreciate, and have gained so much from your videos as well as those from your guests. Oddly enough, and I don't think it came up too much in this clip, I really find myself dialing in audio as a major factor in my work. Of course, my projects are typically more tied to the music industry so a lot of that comes from the audible production side of the media. It's all a very intricate balance with lighting, quality video, content, and of course , knowing who you're trying to target. In any event, good stuff as always....... thanks for taking YOUR time to put this type of content out there for "Newb's" like me and, to be honest with you, I just love your style man. 👍
