Beerus and Whis are still significantly stronger. You claim you read the manga but what there is specifically stated that both of those gods are able to be defeated by UI. Angels are quite literally more the masters of instinct and Beerus folds all of them easily with one Hakai come on. All this ssj multiplier shit is literally not a thing. That's not how Ki in this show actually works. It's not the Saiyan saga scouters are literallly useless and that's been made a point literally all of the first two sagas. It's only western fans that actually use it even tho it's one of the most inaccurate and outdated systems in dragon ball.

Ssj 3 is only a 8 times multiplier from regular ssj so if berrus easily beat UE vegeta he will easily beat ue 3 vegeta
