  • Every video I have watched of Gino's travels around Italy and Sicily are so beautiful it makes my heart ache with the desire to want to live an exclusively Italian lifestyle in the U.S. The food and way of life in Italy is second to none. It inspires me to create my own bread, pasta and sauce as way of honoring my family who came from just outside of Naples and from Puglia. Molto bene. Ciao!!
  • Another awesome journey with Gino. I would love to spend time in the lemon farm. So hungry watching Gino cook 🤗
  • Hi Gino 👋 Love the video. Scicily is an amazing place. Great recipe. Looking forward to the next video Grazie
  • I make the lemon risotto almost identical to the way you do with the exception of sauté shrimp shells in the olive oil first, then remove and start the risotto . Delicious! From Southern California with love💋

Since one "never" adds cheese to a fish dish, does that mean mascarpone is not counted as cheese? Or is this a special variation of yours?

Can those lemons be shipped to America?

I can just imagine the judges at Italiasquisita turning pale grey and groaning immensely as they watch this. The end result looks more like rice pudding than risotto. Who puts mascarpone with prawns?!

I just want to learn about risotto not chocolate.!
