Yemen's Houthi rebels are entering the "fifth phase" of their escalation against Israel, marking a departure from previous tactics, a report said. The recent Israeli strike in Yemen has led the Houthis to include the Leviathan and Tamar gas fields, as well as other energy facilities, in their list of targets, the report said.
