A simple but important suggested draft letter giving the Employer Notice of a Claim. Note that this is generic and can form the skeleton of any claim intended to be submitted under Claus 20.2.

    I have a question. If there's a claim that's straightforward enough for me to put the details of together within, say, Day 22, could I make just one submission comprising both the Notice and fully detailed particulars? I don't see a bar on this in the FIDIC form, but I thought I'd ask you as an expert
