Today, supermodel Gisele Bündchen joins Bon Appétit in the test kitchen to make a recipe from her new cookbook ‘Nourish'. However, Gisele is not alone–while the supermodel cooks her Sunday banana waffles, Kendra Vaculin must whip up a new recipe using all of the same ingredients.

Brazilian here and what Kendra did look like a brazilian dish called Bolinho de Chuva ("""Rainy cake""" or something like that lol), we usually eat it in rainy days. It does not have bananas but I think I might add it next time! Loved this series so much, hopefully we'll see more of it!

kendra sorta made "bolinho de chuva"!! i'm brazilian so i'm not sure what fritters are exactly but they look just like bolinhos de chuva, which is a familiar brazilian recipe!
