Aww, I love how pure these couples are, and my heart melted when Jamie Lee thanked Christopher, along with their daughters, in her Oscar acceptance speech.

I just have to appreciate how long Samuel L. Jackson and Billy Crystal's marriages have lasted and that they're still going so strong. Their relationships are the kind I hope for someday.

What about Eugene Levy and Deborah Devine? Together since 1973 and married since 1977. They seem to have kept their interreligious relationship together and managed to raise two kids away from the Hollywood spotlight pretty well. I don't know what their secret to a long-standing relationship is but their relationship has been simply the best as far as I can see.

Billy & Janice Crystal reminds me of a couple of family friends. The husband used to work for my Dad. They always cracked jokes at each other, but the husband was especially funny. When they joined the company, they were newly weds. They met in the hospital. He was recuperating after a bad car crash, and according to him, was pretty much depressed due to his injuries. They met, and she helped him get well. They were married for 30+ years. They died in 2021 from Covid. True to their love, he died on Tuesday, and she died on Friday, not knowing her husband already passed.

Barry and Linda Gibb have been together for 54 years. And if I recall, Art Linkletter and his wife Lois were married 74 years when Art died in 2010.

How can you leave off Michael J Fox and Tracy Pollan? And what about Mark Harmon and Pam Dawber?

I’d have to go with Alan Alda whose 65 year marriage to Arlene Alda writer, photographer and musician has to be record breaking.
