Iโm in the UK keeping a close eye on how Hurricane Beryl is developing. Have relatives in Trelawny and Spanish Town and pray and hope that they, along with my other fellow Jamaicans, will be ok. Thanks Dani. Be safe. ๐๐ฝ

Good morning, checking in crom Jamaica. We are praying for God's intervention in this time of fear and confusion but our God will deliver. I have taken all the necessary precautions, cut my trees , food in place likewise water.we eill be going into Kingston to ride out this hurricane because we live in a flood prone area

I dont even think im going to clock in to work tomorrow. Going to spend the day preparing. This might hit us as a strong cat 2 or cat 3. The track might change tomorrow morning to come over us. The good thing is it will weaken and will pass by very quickly. ๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ

I knew it Hurricane Beryl has become an historic Cat 5 monster storm and early in the season

Last time i remember hurricane Ivan pass near us at category 5, it was not pretty for the island. Almighty help us if it does not weaken. I can remember i heard a mighty roaring when it was passing like a whale in the waters

Poor Jamaica, mi still remember Gilbert, now this monster,but we alwas weathered any storm and this one is no different. Hopefully we dont get a direct hit as one jamaican friend tell me, dem a go kick down a Haiti and Florida.
