I alternate days lifting or yoga, and use it as a kind of trigger/mobility session. i find yoga with adrien channel being a good source for that balance, and she gives good clues.

What nutritional, training, and supplement techniques do you guys recommend for recovery? And how do you tell if you're overtrained?

Great Feedback and something I have wondered about. Here is my question that I have kinda two parts 1st one realated to this video I have found that with my job sitting at a desk all day I have developed stiff hips and lost mobility from when I was younger. Use to be able to go ass to grass on squats no issues. Now I have run into groin issues from what I think is lack of hip mobility when doing full range squats. Would you suggest yoga or should I work strictly on hip mobility drills and stretches with bands and such? 2nd not related to the video I am an older (47) former "bodybuilder" who is getting back on the horse after a lengthyyyy break. I have read and seen videos on needing to make sure that heavy compound movements (Squats and Deadlifts) are a part of the rotation of exercises to help offset diminished test level as you age. Truth to this or Bro Science? Thanks, I enjoy learning and incorporating what I learn here in my lifestyle re-transformation.

  • Many people use fatgripz in the gym and not a lot of people understand what they’re intended for. Could you explain why people use them and when they should/shouldn’t be used?
  • @pike815
can you do an episode on callanetics
  • @allthestroke88
I'd be interested in knowing what you guys would put in your body to sustain during intermittent/prolonged fasting. Keep up the great videos.

How about a video with talking about exploring foods in other cultures. Im a latino and when i have clients ask me about the other options for food to eat ( i.e fruits, veggies, starch.) I will mention things in the latino culture and majority of the time they dont even know that There are other foods besides the regular american foods.. That is until they try it and find out they have a more variety of healthy options to eat and still be able to hit there Marcos. Whats your take and how DID you all go about it when it came down to the nutrition? #quah

They speak with knowledge and experience- but they disregard the original meaning of Yoga.
