Now that's nice! It's difficult to walk in one of those isn't it? Built mine in 1989 with only a few still to go from. There weren't any models to purchase of it back then. Not saying anyone here used models to draft from, but today it is possible. Great work.

Makes for a very tall, powerful costume. Just like yours, possibly taller.

Just wondering if you had possibly considered ever using Dry Waller Stilts instead? I used a set in my rendition (after learning to wear them and walk around in them correctly of course). It made for a very firm foundation to walk on. It protects your lower legs from sudden ankle-platform-shoe syndrome (my term for having the platform shoes fall over, taking your ankle with it) Since you'd only need to revamp the lower legs essentially, is it worth looking at?

I'm going to say unlike Ripley he doesnt have a class 2 rating. theres another vid of tis same thing a a different angle which is interesting
