I read somewhere that the situation with Airship and DE was quite complicated and it was a mutual agreement for the two companies to stop working together. DE let go of them since Airship didn't tell them about the bugs and stuff they were having before launch and asked for a server capacity limit that was WAY under what they were expecting. So when things went south immediately, Airship blamed DE and that caused some bad blood since DE only gave them what they asked for and didn't pry into what was actually happening with the game. Granted, this was from a Reddit post in the Wayfinder community that seems to be decently agreed upon as "what happened."

I bet the 2 players that are looking forward to Concord's release are feeling pretty salty right now.

How can Concord be much hyped if nobody cared ?

The second the Concord trailer ended and they showed it wasn't what we expected but another hero shooter was the moment it was doomed imo, narrative for the game was set and i dont think anything could rescue that

You left out that Warframe 1999 is adding new adversary bosses taking the form of a legit 90s style boy band that turns into eldritch tentacle horrors. They even have a single that's on YouTube and Spotify. That's a pretty big deal. They'll be at Gamescom, though. Ask them about it there.
