When I was in the Navy in the 70s, we used that same type of "rope gun" for refueling. They'd shoot over a small line with a shotgun & the refueling vessel would tie a stronger line & we'd pull it back. Eventually a big cable came over that held up the refueling hoses, about a foot in diameter. I guess when you have the best means of doing something, don't screw with it.

The Law is strange/ for eg if you knowingly sell a fake, its fraud? and you would get your money back through the courts? Yet when they shake hands in Pawn Shop, and bought a worthless fake strong box, nothing they can do? Can they stop the chq? or go to the police or courts?
