Love the porch and patio and the placement of the laundry room off of the outside door - i would add a small wall around the outside patio so no one would fall off in the dark evenings😊

I actually like this home. As I want an open floor plan, a bit of the wall separating kitchen from living room could be opened up like a pass through so that I, as cook I could have some interaction in my U shaped kitchen with plenty prep space (island would become part of the U). Love the master and as we age, moving downstairs to the extra room could work. Very nice! And an office too! Also, opening up the wall where the stairs start going up will help for more even heating and cooling of the home.
