Yes, cultivate the belief that you can recover ❤️💥💜
  • My new morning mantra... "One day closer, one day closer..." It's a fight to stay positive, but fight we must!

Listening to your vulnerability, I hear a lot of self criticism and judgement. It's really hard, but have some compassion for the journey you're on and where you're at. I feel like you're judging yourself for not doing enough... maybe you're doing too much? In my experience, focusing on two or three simple and small things daily have helped me heal. And I'll add - mindset and belief and calming my nervous system- biggest game changers. You will so heal. Just need to convince that subconscious that you can. Kinesiology actually helped me overcome my subconscious blocks to healing. Your body has the intelligence to heal... get out of your own way, surrender it to the universe/source/quantum field. Sending you healing energy from Australia 🙂🙂

Sounds like my life before. I got sick 6 months before the pandemic so that eased saying goodbye to the old life, no fomo.

Really enjoyed this video, thanks for putting it together. You're right in that mindset is everything and consistent baby steps bring the big changes.

I really took a lot from this video! I too wish I had been open to mindset and the mind/body connection earlier in my road to recovery. I think, for me, accepting that mindset was part of the solution sounded too much like “it’s all in your head!” Like many of us, I have had doctors tell me this. So I was reluctant to try anything that could be interpreted as a “ psychological” treatment. Now I know there is a mind/body connection. I am open to the treatment. I have been doing the ANS Rewired program for two months now. I think i am going to also eventually purchase the DNRS program so I can add more tools to my tool box. I am seeing improvement in some symptoms already! Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It is comforting to know I am not alone in this struggle! It is also a comfort knowing I am not the only one resistant to treatments that ultimately were needed for my recovery! Thanks again!

You’re right but cfs health is positive, they don’t allow negativity, I closed it all down until I met you, cfs health, cfs recovery, raelyn agle, a very small circle of positive people sharing hope and for these only 💜
  • @roevardotter
Very wise words! Cannot stress enough how important it is to not follow social media concerning illnesses. When i unfollowed those instagram accounts this really made a difference for me in my healing
  • Alcohol, partying late , caffeine and stress lead to my CFS so in order to recover ALL addictions need to go first IMO ....great content!
