I'm 68 yr. old. Why didn't God put an art teacher like this in front of me when I was going to college? These people are truly blessed that studied under him. Thank you u tube for posting this.

studied with this dude from age 12-22. he was the greatest teacher i ever had, in any field, and understanding visual design was his life. he's quite old now, but his legacy is epic.

My God, I would attend to this man's classes as if it was a concert, I'm really moved, that was so captivating

6:48 I was impressed by this teacher because studying architecture, almost all of our instructors only gave us tasks and activities while us having big trouble understanding the given tasks that are needed to comply within a short period of time. And doing the same thing over and over again but gratefully there are content like these that save us a lot. You people are truly blessed to have this kind of teacher.

Came for the Golden Ratio, stayed for a teacher who actually cares about HIS duty and responsibility to teach his students well. That is golden. Most teachers seem to just dump work on their students with an air of disdain and neglect, and expect their students to do all the work for them.

We need teachers like these…I’m captivated by this lecture, the way he presented, and his undertone of passion for teaching….amazing.

Came for the drawing lessons, stayed for the structure of the universe.

As an engineer who loves art, I really found this video very interesting and enjoyable! Thanks!
  • These lessons I found here in this channel worth more than my 3 years studying my bachelor of architecture. No doubt about it.

My first encounter with this teacher and I am absolutely impressed with his approach. I look forward with anticipation to further lectures.

He is an amazing teacher, I want to be in his class. He seems to care a lot for his students and his teaching method is phenomenal.

I'm not an artist. I'm just going through some stuff and am trying to release the pain. Someone told me that the some of the best art is an expression of pain or hurt, agony, or something along those lines. I should be creating something magnificent right now, with the pain I have, bottled up in me. I need to talk about this, maybe that will help. 2010, day after Christmas was when my 13 year old daughter disappeared. I looked for her for 2 1/2 years when her remains were found outside of town by a lake. It took until last month, over 10 years, to put the man responsible for this behind bars. When we all knew. If you made it this far I'm sorry to disappoint you. I need your prayers.

I hadn't even started the video and already liked + subscribed. Even the opening montage itself is full of lessons, specially the diagonal crosses used to distribute the flowers in that composition. This channel is pure talent and he's a great instructor.
  • My name is Ralph J. Eugene, and tonight I just met one my freatest teacher of all time. May this line stay forever until google erase on earth. This is stunning!
  • @templar23

What a great man and lecturer he is, the way he teaches is indescribable, I wish I had the honour to be one of his students. Greeting from IRAN :)
  • @dannyelACM
Wonderful! I wished I could have a teacher like him.
  • @marvalonso4238
If I had this teacher on my art school I would've never dropped out, I literally quit art school because they neglected their students and so I went onto a mission to learn this stuff myself, now 3 years later I've came a long way and have acquired more experience then my fellow students who stayed in school but man.. I wish I had a teacher just like him..
  • @TheTerrylwg
I'm thrilled to have stumbled across your videos! As a self-taught "dabbler" in art, I have to find these things myself and you have made it easy to understand and exciting. Oh, to be a young college student again! I hope they appreciate learning from you as much as I do!
