To be fair, it's not about the money, it's about the choices. Tesco 15 eggs, grower's harvest oats 1kg, bananas, (maybe some growers harvest mixed veggies if you like to eat veggies) would cost less than 3 pounds and still make flipping healthy meals. Eating healthy, is not expensive. Nor time consuming. You just need to make wise choices.

The video was fun. In all seriousness though, he could probably trade in his branded choccy cereal for some porridge oats and chocolate powder and he'd do a lot better. And you can make a spectacular cheesy beans on toast, with some bacon offcuts thrown in, for 89p a portion mos def. I hope he takes a multivitamin lol.
