I am not Christian or Catholic, I was raised muslim and I absolutely love how this man is slowly changing the world's perception of Catholicism. The so called 'christians' who are calling him the Antichrist should realize that he is actually the best thing that happened to their religion for a very long time. He preaches acceptance, kindness and modesty. How does that make him the antichrist? smh

Proud of the Pope. Thank you Holy Father for practicing the Gospel with an open heart.

As an agnostic I love the Pope. He wasn't speaking about religious issues whether his faith is the right faith, like people in the comments. I HATE THAT, whether its between a Muslim and a Jew, an Evangelical and a Catholic, a Buddhist and a Hindu. I honestly don't care if Catholics call their leader "Holy Father" nor do I care if Muslims call Mohammed their prophet. What I care about as a human being, is how religious leaders, like the Pope talk about their message of peace and love. The future of the world depends on Everyone no matter what creed. He was talking about universal social issues that impact human beings. As soon as you start to label a human beings as black, white, illegal, gay, worthless, you put a label to God and you create a barrier between you and the other person and that my friends is what led to slavery, the atrocities of Hitler, the Inquisition, and every war that we as humans have created.
  • I am not Catholic, however, I know more about this pope and any other. I love his views and what he is doing in the world. I am even considering on perhaps learning more of Catholicism as a home for my heart and mind and soul. He broke the mold and I admire him for that, he truly does love all from all walks of life.

I didn't know what to expect watching this but you can feel the love from Pope Francis and everyone here
  • I came into this with such cynicism and ended up crying after about 5 minutes. What a great man!

People... If you don't like the Pope, just shut off your mouth... He is not God but he is better then you and me. Don't judge everyone the same. Everybody is unique...

I am not Catholic, but this Pope is a very caring man from what I have seen. I know the word "socialism" is a bad word in America, but we must have a form of socialism and capitalism to survive as a nation. We must find a way to make them go hand in hand, each serving the other. We are only as strong as our weakest link. We need to address the issues of discrimination and financial inequality. We must address the issue of climate change... no matter whose fault it is... before it is too late to do so. This Pope has spoken out against the American elite, so they dislike him. The more the rich dislike him, the more I seem to like him.

Even though we are not all under the pope, we must acknowledge his place in global society today. He is the only man who is both a Pope and a King (of Vatican City). That will always play a tremendous part in history, whether you agree with him or not, whether you are Roman Catholic or not.
