Today we are having an apartment tour in Conchas Chinas neighbourhood. It is a one bedroom apartment with an extra bed, pool, palapa, and a great common area. The apartment is located walking distance to the beach. Conchas Chinas is a very prestigious area in Puerto Vallarta, and it is located about 40 minutes drive from the airport and situated uphill, so it has a spectacular view of the Banderas Bay. To go grocery shopping you have to use a taxi or bus, also Zone Romantica with that gorgeous night life is about 15 minutes drive from the location.

Always enjoy watching your content. Thanks for keeping it real!
  • Just the drive through PV is enough to please me. Miss it every day. We are looking for exactly this kind of place so thank you very much!

Thanks Larissa, that one looked a bit run down with the peeling paint in the bathroom. I find it's always hard to tell from airbnb listings. I was in Mexico City in October and my bnb was a great and friendly host but the place was quite run down. The year before I went to PV and the view was incredible from my place, but every night and all night was dogs barking and howling and then as soon as it became a little bit light it was the roosters crowing. I had it for 5 nights and I was a bit of a wreck by the time I moved on. I had one night in a hotel in PV before flying home and there was 3 smoke alarms in the corridors that had low batteries and so they 'beep' at 30 second intervals. I asked the reception to fix them, they said they would but never did. I got some kind of food poisoning issues and I was glad to fly back to Vancouver.

  • Beautiful place! I can imagine myself living there. I am going to PV this summer for the first time. Very excited. Looking forward to enjoy all that PV has to offer. Thanks for the video 👍
  • Great video. I like the apartment a lot and being a single male it is nice. Love the balcony and the pool and relaxation area also.

  • @hiruu
    Wow, it looks amazing!
  • Lovely area and the small patio looks delightful, hope your friend will be very happy there 😊
  • I agree the apartment is pretty basic and could use some refreshing touch. the rest of the property seems very nice and to have access to a pool is a bonus. you make a good point about this location being on the hillside... really you need a car or to take a taxi a lot to go to the beach or get groceries if you want to love here. as for the beach being small and rocky, it is easy once you are down there to walk along the shore to more open areas of the beach. but for the price it is worth it. last March when my family came to visit we stayed in The Grand Miramar at the top of the hill in Conchas Chinas... was probably the most amazing location I have ever stayed in. it was fun taking taxis up and down the hill! if you dont know this property you should check it out!
  • My dear Larissa, I live in NYC, no balcony, no views, 2 miles from the nearest grocery store, no beach for over 50 miles and I pay for this horrendous RAT-HOLE apartment close to $2000!! I am close to retirement from my miserable (life-sentence) job. I would LOVE to retire in Mexico, perhaps we can be friends...? I like Guanajuato because it looks like an Italian-fairy book village... Perhaps you can make a video describing Guanajuato; evidently lots of Americans recently discovered this town. Stay Safe and GOD continue to BLESS YOU! Robert from daytradingwiththeLIGHT

Thanks for the videos on Apartments in PV. I know these areas very well. The place you show seem a bit small and cramped and the pools are all so tiny - really, I'd love a lap pool and more space. I have two dogs and we love our dogs - well behaved. One dog is a PV Street dog that found me and she's living the dream life, but is always following me around. We usually stay in the Romantic Zone at a condo - friends usually know something that's avail., but we need a patio or area for the dogs, too. Maybe we would rent a house with a yard in one of the colonias.
