I don't know why the YouTube algorithm is showing me this guy a lot, but as a vinyl record enthusiast? I dig it. It's not a necessary thing at all to be doing but its a therapeutic process in of itself to be a part of when you become fascinated by the ritual some others go through for the end results

one thing I learned about making a good shot could be attributed from different factors: a) right dosage b) proper tamp c) excellent calibration of the machine... of course you don't want to brew a coffee bean that has been seating on your kitchen drawer (?), you need a freshly roasted coffee beans to achieve good shot

I love how everyone in these comments doesn’t understand what a hobby is despite them all probably having one A hobby is quite literally something that is functionally entertaining that we spend money on. This guy loves his coffee. I love my YuGiOh, gaming, and music making. It doesn’t need to have any particular gain. Y’all just being mean to be mean. Plus, this guy probably knows more about coffee than most of us. Even if he ain’t a professional he still clearly knows what’s up.
