    After seeing that circular stitching machine, I realize this is the same material as "tarps" (tarpaulins) in the USA and also heavy duty bags are made with.

    a very complex set up. I worked aerospace for decades and this is similar to the composite aircraft set ups. Just replace the plastic with graphite and its the same
