Hello friends , please allow me a small correction of something you said , Meteora means suspended ( in the air - adjective plural ) not floating rocks and it also where the Greek word meteorite comes from . Have fun on your travels ,God bless .

Amazing video!! It freak me how they build those monsters soo hight back then with no any modern bulldozers and grains I guess..woow ..thank you
  • You have been to many beautiful places!! It’s with the heck. Sucks that you couldn’t show us inside. Greta information to know before you get there. What a day. Definitely adding i to our list when we visit. It reminds me of Mount Fanjing in China. I can see why it’s your favorite. Cheers to another great video!

I've been watching your videos for a while. I hope your channel continues to grow. I like that you two are low key budget travelers. Safe travels and many more! 🎉
  • Hey guys, this might be random, but congratulations to your country Australia for made it to the round of 16 in the FIFA's Football (Soccer) World Cup, congratulations to the #socceroos for this victory, today's a historic day to your soccer confederation and for your country 🔥🔥
  • Love your videos and just found you online. Curious about your trip to Meteora. How many of the monestaries were you able to hike to from Kalabaka? Is it the Monestary of holy trinity? Is that only accessible by hiking? We are so excited to go.

Watching your video during my last day în Kalambaka and after visiting all 6 monasteries two days ago. ❤️

Hello Travellers! Loved the video, so informative. I will be in Meteora next week so it was very useful as well. I'm a licensed tour guide in Israel and I would love to show you around if you ever make it here. If you do, drop me a line!
  • Hello, thank you for sharing the video about the monasteries. I wonder what is the best month to visit Metoera?
  • we don't touch our noses to the icons, we kiss the icons, its like you are Kissing your mother or father
  • Are you kidding ! There are many places in the world with spectacular rock formations . It is beautiful though !

Did they give any reason why there is not filming... I can kinda understand because they ARE religious sites. However, they are clearly tourist destinations as well. they could even upcharge for those that want to film. ha I just wonder what they might be hiding.....I'm a bit cynical perhaps. ~JB

All Monasteries are free for the believers all others (especially tourists) must pay 3 euros...and btw they are not pieces of art as well as we don't touch our noses to the icons as sign of respect etc. etc. etc.
