I LOVE that your uncle disagreed with Seungmin in the "Han can live well wothout Lee Know but Lee Know wouldn't" because even though Han seems more independent and Lee Know is more expresive with him, it was Han who pretty much took LK and said "I like you, I'm keeping you" and never let go. He is the one who strated to refer to Lee Know as his soulmate and Lee Know just went along with it. Is not the fandom who decided to call them soulmates, it was Han himself, and it was before predebuting, which means that it was less than two months since knowing eachother that Han found who he considers his soulmate. 😭🙌

Out of all the idols, Lee Know seems to me the most secure and genuine person. He is absolutely fine where he is at, and doesn't feel the need to prove anything to anyone including his fans, when they ask him to do something he even remotely doesn't want to he just says no. He does a lot of solo lives and still keeps tight-lipped about his personal and emotional life, and that makes me respect him incredibly.

The most loved duo of this generation. They don't express everything to eachother all the time, but we all know that they can never get bored of eachother. Without even talking to eachother they can stay together for days. Soulmates indeed!

Han has mentioned in other videos that he and Lee Know don't always have to talk, even if they spend hours in the same room doing separate things like watching something on their respective phones. He has also said they don't feel the need to explain themselves all the time, and that their friendship is just instinctual.

Also with these kids rooms we can’t forget that they most likely not alone in the room. But have a whole camera team watching them. Hence staying more on the surface and not going to deep at some topics. I think you can see this especially with Chan. When he is alone during Chans room he tends to open up more and be himself while in these episodes he seems (to me) to put up a happy face very aware of the cameras and people around. But this might be just my perspective. But considering the set up, knowing what they’re saying will probably watched by thousands of strangers it’s amazing how much they’re opening up❤

I ADORED watching Uncle Harley reacting to this. He seems to get Lee Know's personality in another level and really understand what makes him special. I would actually really like to see him reacting blindly to more LK videos, just without context, he seems to really catch on the little nuances and reasons of why Lee Know behaves the way he does. Minsung truly found a forever thing in each other and their dynamic is so loved by the fandom because the happiness and comfort they feel around each other is weirdly comforting to witness as well.

My favorite description of Han that I’ve heard is that he is the most extroverted introvert you’ll ever see. In a lot of ways I feel like Lee Know is the opposite and is a fairly introverted extrovert in that he wants to be with people but doesn’t necessarily want to talk or do something crazy. I feel like it’s one of the reasons that they click so well. It is funny to hear them describe Han as confident in himself. Not saying that Han isn’t but knowing how much he’s struggled with anxiety over the years. Whatever their dynamic is, which honestly is none of our business, I am always happy to see how close they are and how well they get along. Idols go through a lot of stress and pressure and I’m glad that this group loves and supports each other so well in that environment.

It's so interesting to watch a breakdown like this while knowing a lot about these two. Han seems confident and to a certain extent he is now, but he's the most introverted member with the most anxiety going on stage. Han also only has one brother, I believe, and it seems to me that he grew up socialized towards toxic masculinity. I don't think he's had a healthy way to process and communicate his emotions before he joined the band. That's why he was very emotionally volatile when he joined. Probably given how the members have helped him overcome anxiety and whatnot, he's grown closer to them in a way that let's him process and communicate emotions in a healthy way. He's also become very emotionally aware (of himself and those around him) and a lot of times he jokes around in eccentric ways to consciously lift others' spirits which is just about the cutest thing. He also specifically cheers up Lee Know when he's down through humor because Lee Know is less vocal about his concerns and all. Lee Know is very different from Han. He was an only child, so he never really had a close relationship with someone where he could really share everything with them including emotions. His main socialization was through his friends who he communicated with through humor and teasing. It can be hard for people, especially boys, to be really emotionally vulnerable around their friends, especially other boys. He's had close friends, but he always tends to focus on what they do together and the experiences they share rather than their emotional connection. When he first joined on the survival show that created this band, he was anxious too, and Han is very well attuned to those emotions, so he held Lee Know's hand and helped him with the rhythm, and after being eliminated, Lee Know wondered if this time he made a mistake because Han wasn't holding his hand. The survival show was one of the very few times he's cried publicly as well. Because of how Han supported him during his moment of anxiety, Lee Know also comforts Han whenever he's anxious at shows or events. He's the only member Lee Know physically touches a lot. There's skinship with everyone but especially with Han as a way of comfort and closeness. There's a lot of rumors about them, that their flirting or skinship or other behavior points towards a romantic relationship. At the crux of it though, I think what they provide for each other is an emotional safe space that they both really need. There are random clips of them just adoringly gazing at each other. There's so much love there. The amount of emotional support they give each other under that pretense of humor is no small thing. It's really beautiful.
