"I'm not a cat" seems like precisely the sort of thing a cat pretending to be an attorney would say.

In the case of the abuser being caught in the house of his victim, the reason the abuser was caught was the prosecutor catching tells in the body language and facial expressions of the victims which indicated to her that the abuser was nearby and not only was the victim afraid to be honest, but the abuser had likely told the victim what to say. If the prosecutor deserves major kudos for recognizing what she was seeing.

That cat lawyer is probably still mortified as a result of his epic zoom fail. We should all tell him how greatful we are and how much we love him because he gave us a laugh at a time when we needed it most desperately.

The "I'm not a cat" one is the best thing that came out of the pandemic. It's just a perfect mix of the setting, technology going rogue, panic and an attempt to explain the situation that will go down in history π

Me, a normal person that's rarely been to court or is involved in any legal stuff, got dressed up, and was stressing about my background, not eating, or drinking while on a zoom call to witness a hearing. And then there's lawyers attending zoom hearings naked.

I'm convinced that everyone migrated to Zoom court so that the bailiffs can no longer tackle them.

The abuser in the home was one of the most amazing pieces of work by the prosecutor and police to catch him in the act. It should win, but not for being a fail!

The βIβm not a catβ lawyer reminds me of the British journalist that was working from home and his two toddler kids bust in on him and the his wife zooms in trying to remain unobtrusive and rescue her husband by grabbing the kids and skedaddling.

The cat lawyer one is so special. Everyone took it so seriously, like it genuinely felt like they were concerned the lawyer was actually a talking cat.
