I'm still waiting for any credible evidence she hit him. Not saying she didn't, but it's hard to reach a guilty verdict when the prosecutions witnesses (expert) come across as inept or came to opinions that are favorable to the defense.

Why is the defense happy? She's not off the hook. It wasn't a Not Guilty. There jurors that thought she was guilty and even thought the evidence was substantially more than enough to prove it.

Proctor will be transferred from the DA’s detective unit effective Sunday. Proctor is subject to a duty status hearing and will remain employed by the department until that hearing completes, according to agency spokesman Tim McGuirk. “Although Trooper Proctor is still employed by the Department, the decision to relieve him of duty means that he can no longer work cases or function as a trooper during this time,” McGuirk said.

The way she went and hugged her father 😭❤️ Well it wasn’t a not guilty verdict but at least she isn’t on her way to prison. Hopefully the DA will realize he doesn’t have a case against her and will drop it.

That witch is smiling and laughing while John O'Keefe lies dead and his family grieving that will have to go thru this all again. Hopefully her rich daddy will go broke This is such a sad, sad case. Whatever Proctor said shouldn't affect that fact that she definitely admitted that she hit him with her big ole vichicle.

The last big media trial that was hung by Canonne (another cop that was killed go figure) didn't end well for the defendant the second time around.
