Founded in Austin,Tx SkyAcre uses tube amps saturated fuzz echo reverb & hard hitting drums to fill sonic sound space. Recording on 1970’s Ludwig drums, vintage Fender guitars and Ampeg V4 bass amps tracked to analog tape with 1970's analog recording consoles. The 70's, 80's & 90's punk rock, post-punk, 'grunge' 'alt' rock with heavy dark melodies and 'quiet loud quiet' dynamics made us want to play and record music.
