小学生の頃に親に初めて連れて行ってくれた日を今でも覚えています。 びっくり亭は福岡が誇るグルメなので是非食べて欲しいです！ 大人気店なので物凄く忙しいかと思われますが店主さんもアルバイトの方もみなさん若いのにとても素晴らしいです。 地元のお店がこうして海外の方からも大きな評価を得ていると自分も嬉しく思います。

I looked up the restaurant on the website you linked, and I love the fact that they've been serving the same dish on the menu since 1963. That garlic paste looks divine! And the cabbage looks like it's cooked just enough to still be crunchy.
