  • Oh, shame, their kids have to share a bathroom 🙄🙄🙄 And no, you don't "need" a pool. I didn't enjoy this couple's whiney attitude at all!

OK, so let me get this straight.....They want a move in ready five bedroom three bathroom house, plus a music room and a study that has a large yard with a pool that has large rooms, lots of storage, charm and character, lots of light and windows, all the bells and whistles and their budget is a dollar. Girl, you can have an empty cardboard box with cheese stains.

half those kids look ready to leave the nest. but 5 bed house for 240k is pretty cheap. plus a pool will add great value. Good choice for sure.
  • How many times did they say ‘we have a big family’ Bullshit, 4 kids is not a big family! Never seen such an unrealistic couple, obviously ignorant to what their budget can give them. There is nothing wrong with kids working out bathroom time, someone can always use the en-suite bathroom if really rushed? First time an episode has annoyed me, pathetic, whining people

The house is really nice! Their three older kids look young adults soon will leave except for the younger girl. Big house with empty rooms.

What is the appeal for these grand entrances with super high ceilings? Who is dusting all the way up there? Do you hire someone or is there a machine that reaches that high? I'm genuinely curious.

As several people have pointed out, at least two of these 'kids' look to be close to grown (the one boy had a beard) and therefor pretty close to moving out. If you've managed to raise your kids in a smaller space/less bathrooms, there's no reason to look for a big house when it's time for them to leave home. As parents we can forget that the kids grow up and leave. And there's nothing wrong with kids sharing a room. I shared a room growing up. It was no hardship. And we all shared 1 bathroom. As to the pool, I understand the allure. But I had a pool when I was a teenager. The first year we used it all the time. The second year we used it a lot. By the third year we rarely used it and by the fourth year we fought constantly as to whose time it was to clean the damn thing out. Pools are a lot of worry/work and always seem like they're so much fun until you have one and you realize that they're really so much work and upkeep.

ok, timing might be right but when you don't have over $400 grand how do you expect to have a pool, 2 to 3 bathrooms , office and 5 bedrooms?. seriously? there is a reason you are renting. I would definitely make a poor agent. I would tell them "go back home and save some money" or let something go or maybe you shouldn't have had so many kids. yep, I would not last long.looks like one of the boys should be leaving pretty soon.
