    not hating brother but thats a horrible depth, you are not even 90 degrees, lower the weight and go deeper with proper form

    I agree its bad depth. But god damnit I'm sick of people trashing on you for fake plates. Those are real fucking plates. Also. You have PERFECT form on your bench. Step up your squat game bro! Lower the weight and get it right. You went deeper on your 140 than you did here. Much respect. Much props. Keep up the grind.
