hearing Terra's voice come out the guardian is still incredibly surreal

The big hint was in Dream Drop Distance, when the Dark Figure held its hand forward in a very familiar fashion. "Strength, to protect what matters."

I tried to tell em that Terra was the guardian and they scoffed at me. Now it is I who has the last laugh.

Knowing that the dark guardian was Terra all along, I can’t look at the final Ansem fight in kh1 the same way ever again.

When you realize Terra is the guardian, the last parts of KH1 start getting more and more dramatic

This instantly cemented the dark defender as GOATED

and that's how Terra got his groove back

This was third best thing that happened in the game to me 2nd was lingering will (rip we didnt get more jesus it wouldve been so good to fight terranort next to the unstoppable lingering chad) and first is roxas xion and axel reunion

Oh my, the satisfaction I get every time I see Terra shutting up Xehanort right before he says "darkness". It makes me think Terra also had enough of him talking about darkness 😂

Fun fact: The official name of the Dark Figure/Guardian is "The Guy (or Person) behind him". Stated by Nomura in the KH3 Ultimania.

I never really cared all that much about the Wayfarer trio, but this was an undeniably hype moment for me.

I know people have criticized Terra's VA for sounding flat, especially in bbs, but this was SUCH a good performance. I love how unrecognizable it sounds at first where he is just gasping for words. That mouth has been bonded for so many years that finally breaking those bonds and speaking through it would be so hard, it's as if he's learning how to speak all over again. And as he goes, I love how it sounds more and more like Terra as he becomes more assured in his path, knowing that he is going to set this right.
