I feel like YouTube is not just a morning routine for me anymore, since I decided to start my channel, I am always either on YouTube watching videos on how to grow my channel, or researching what I want to put out there for my potential subscribers😫, it have not been easy, but I will keep on pushing forward.

"Do you wake up in the morning and feel disappointed straight away?" Sounds about right.

Starting a new channel has been really stressful. Sometimes it feels like you put in a lot of effort, but you still don’t see the reward. I’ve figured out that I have to be grateful for what I have accomplished rather than looking to reach a new milestone.

In summary, the 2 things we need to do to grow our YT channels are.. 1. Know your target audience what they are interested in 2. Make videos that keep people interested and watch longer Growth is not instant, it takes hard work and dedication 🙌

it's crazy how some minor changes to thumbnails, titles, or topics can drastically change your performance. Good luck, fellow content creators!

I think that's where I went wrong when I started my channel. "Believing that the more content I post will get me more subscribers and views without focusing on making videos that people want to see"

Man, Film Booth and Channel Makers are the most insightful youtube coaches I've ever seen.

This is SO helpful! One tip for finding your audience: make content catered towards people like yourself. Easiest way to be relatable

I've been doing YouTube for 4 years and haven't managed to keep a consistent viewer base. It's really demotivating. I'd just love a small community that communicates and chats and interacts with me. That's literally my goal
  • We started our YouTube channel for our friends and family so they know what we as a Long Distance Couple are up too, now we are here, watching videos on how to grow YouTube and hopefully in the future do YouTube as a fulltime job. Your videos are helping us so much for reaching that goal and we are very thankful for it. Have a great day!
  • @MyEClassinBytes
Me, every morning I wake up 😆 But i'll keep going. I'm ready for this long game... 💪

Man, i've been doing YouTube videos for 7 years. I was doing everything intuitive, but now, after watching a bunch of your videos I realised that I am just on the tip of my iceberg! Right now i am starting my english youtube channel with your advices in mind. Wish me luck. And maybe one day you'll use one of my videos as an example)

I attribute a large part of this video's success to the thumbnail - it's extremely simple and perfectly describes a creator waking up to check for new subscribers. Well done Ed!
