If you've ever been interested in trying pistol squats (one legged squats), I am proof that with practice - it is definitely attainable!
0:00 - Introduction (Why I decided to train for pistols)
0:26 - Day 1 mobility + attempts
1:05 - How I trained (reps/sets/exercises)
2:25 - First few days and attempts
2:41 - First rep with right leg
2:48 - First rep with left leg
2:56 - More attempts. Quad cramps. 3 rep goal
3:14 - 3 reps success and more attempts
4:12 - How I improved my ankle mobility
4:40 - Foam rolling + getting used to bottom position + 90/90s

This is impressive, pistol squats are easy for me, idk why but in my dad's side of the family we have naturally strong legs, my endurance isn't that good though, again seeing someone with no experience with balance and stabilization exercises (just guessing) this is really impressive
