With two red queens, and a flop of king, jack, I would bet the flop and return that I would check back the river. Especially because the river makes 9-10 a straight, which is a reasonable thing to call with on the flop and turn. You’re probably only going to get called by better on the river in that situation.

I think you missed out on some value with QQ. I probably would’ve sized up on turn, somewhere between 120-140 then don’t mind check back river as T9 comes in and now might only get called by a king. That said, your line might be better with small bet on turn but then I think you gotta go for value on river cause more likely he has non believing jack or a curious 8x of clubs maybe? Idk, just my opinion.

I think the check backs are fine and pretty much standard as played. You got 2 streets with a marginal top pair and with Q's on a K high board. By the river you start running out of hands to get value from for 3 streets and if bet and called I think you end up value owning yourself too much.

Your analysis is way off. Qs9s when the 6c hits the turn, it changes everything. Not nothing. It puts a flush draw on board and gives you a double gutter. Your hand was marginal at best on the flop. But actually had a ton of equity on the turn.
