Well, dont forget that weather conditions and altitude can make a big difference...Don't shy away from a Speed3 either- I come from a big hot rodding family (big on fords), we've all had mustangs, tbirds, both late model and classic, (currently building a bad bird w/ a 545 stroker, roll cage, etc)- I went from a Mustang to a speed3 in august and have not one complaint...just go for a test drive, if you dont like it, def go for the stang.

Yep, that Stang driver drove it like a granny. I still have my Mustang, but bought a 2nd gen MS3. Fun little car. Takes some getting used to being in a torquey V8 and never needing to downshift to a car that has to wind up to build TQ. Oh and going from a stiff clutch to that thing they call a clutch in the MS3 is hilarious.

A stock GT will run 13.7.. It's been recorded... For that guy to run a 15.... he can't drive. I dont think that speed3 is stock either..... Dont get me wrong, Im planning on a buying a stang... but the speed3 is in the back of my mind.... wondering which I should get!

Nope that was mine (tru-boost) brand new. Sold it a little over a year ago. Fun car to drive, but a weak ass engine. The buyer of my car blew it up at abot 35k miles.
