there are few CNA reporters , i like him the best. His documentaries is always interesting and the best. No stupid questions asked, to the points..

i like how CNA reports both sides of the story (pros and cons of plant based milk). the balanced in content is very soothing to watch. Al jazeera always harp on negativity. its very endearing to see the host introducing his family into the show, giving added character to him. good!

Cow milk is not the only source of calcium. Beans and greens can give you all you need. Soy milk gives you all the protein of cow's milk, but avoids the drawbacks of dairy. "Milk and other dairy products are the top source of saturated fat in the American diet, contributing to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease. Studies have also linked dairy to an increased risk of breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers." nutrition It is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases.Nov 28, 2016"

Carbonara is not made with cream nor milk. Go ask a Italian chef. The creaminess of the pasta comes from the egg yokes. Never mind.

If plant-based "milk" isn't considered dairy then why are they placed in dairy sections of markets? Plants do not produce milk unlike mammals. So they basically are almond juice or rice juice.

Good thing I watched this. I was drinking oat milk while watching this and I thought I would never buy it again. ...

Plant based milk is still the option for people whose priority is animal welfare.

I prefer almond milk... peeps that still drinking cow's milk after 10 years old - that milk does not the body good including the mucus content and other issues of non-GM/GMO milk that has hormones and other potential chemical additives... You can get calcium from other sources like onions that have other benefit nutrition in them...as there are always other healthy choices but one must learn food science?
  • Human is the only species that continue to drink milk all the way to adult life.

people are getting sold into the things companies tell them, like "Super foods", "Gluten free", Lower Chlorestrol, etc. They rather take Artificial sugars made from chemicals then natural sugar from sugarcane, because its "healthier", but all the packet oat milk and almond milk they buy are expensive, and loaded with extra sugars, fortified vitamins and such.

How about skim milk? Are they really fat free?
  • @JustMe-12345
Vegetarian is not vegan, so why is being vegetarian a reason to not eat dairy products?
  • I drink almond milk. I like how they threw the Americans in it.

How much greenhouse gas do humans emit? The more population, the more greenhouse gas is emitted! It's worse when we include the greenhouse from the stuff humans consume. It's better for the environment if there are less humans. There you go, I've spelt out the inconvenient truth. Lol
