The information I was able to find about this property is interesting. What happened was, the original owners downsized about 12 years ago and moved into a smaller home further north of where this home is. Before retiring, the husband worked for the municipality where this home is located and, unfortunately, he died unexpectedly just two years after moving out. Likely a heart attack given his age. His wife is still alive (and likely in her early-mid 80s now). The new owners renovated this home and attempted to rent in/sell it several times over the next ten years with little to no success. It was/is listed for a very expensive price as it sits on a large piece of land, however obviously it is not worth what the current owners are expecting due to their lack of success on the market.

Definitely one of the best MCM homes you've presented so far! Love it!

What a beautiful house! Sad no one is going to restore it! Very cool video! β€οΈππ€

Love this house too. What a shame to pull it down!

The bathroom fixtures are very 70's. Used to have those in my 1979 house.

I love that counter/eating table in the kitchen π it's so Brady bunch style πβ€π love the kitchen itself as well ππΎ, the bay window πͺ

If this house gets torn down I hope that someone reclaims that beautiful wood. The ceiling planks would make great flooring.
-
Fantastic channel. This house is like a dream. I hope someone rescues it.
-
The fireplace in the beginning of your video is actually a wood-burning stove.

What a nice home. Someone really took good care of it. Carpets looked really clean. Enjoyed this video.

I bet the washer and dryer still work. Now days these machine don't hold up very good. They make everything digital and charge more for poor made machines.

Awesome house! I love it! IMO There is no need to tear it down, so lovely!
