Out of all the things I would see in this match up I was not expecting an Asura’s Wrath reference. (Ik wyzen just used his finger but seriously look at the shots of scooby getting massive and the fist coming towards courage)

The two were laughing at the end because the reason they were fighting (wanting the other to deal with the monster) had been taken care of so they lacked a reason to keep fighting and could finally relax.

The 12 of 13 ghosts is a reference to 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo; the original series had them only catch 12 ghosts (it lasted 13 episodes, first one was the chest of demons being opened) and the 13th Ghost in the film was specifically Asmodeus, and he was never captured.

Makes me think about how similar it is to Bill vs Discord. Both of them could not simply die physically, but had to kill each other's mind, body, and soul, which could be done by them. So this outcome made sence since they could kill each other's body...and nothing else.
