I've honestly given up on trying to get rid of my k.p, I've had it for ever literally Edit: 2 years on from this comment I’ve had one last stab at trying to get rid of my KP after my friend told me about the Cerave smoothing SA cream, it works miracles!! Apply twice a day and exfoliate.

I’m crying right now because I just starting to notice it badly on my arms, why is being a girl so hard, I just hate having to be insecure and every pretty girl around me feeling like I have to compete but I already do so much to look presentable every day, life sucks

Love your videos! I'm a FNP student, and love your opinions on drug store/OTC products. I live in a very poor area, and my patients can't afford expensive skin care products. Love that you're not a product snob! Ha! I recommended Differin gel to a patient this week, thanks to you! Re: KP: How do you feel about dry brushing as a means of exfoliation. Or possibly microfiber cloths. Thanks so much! Love your videos!
