    I am unable to sit for long periods of time and think clearly. This is why I have chosen to work outside at least part of my time. Never went to a gym in my life but remained lean all of my 56 years on earth so far.
  • Excellent advice! Thank you for taking the time to answer my question and give multiple practical solutions to fitness at a desk job. I do have a standing height workbench, but I do choose to sit on my stool more often than I should. That changes today! I hadn't considered balance training, but there is definitely time I could work on that at the workbench. Thanks again, brother! Shalom!
  • Great advice Brother. I know personally I am working 10hrs a day at a desk with 95% inactivity, which I am countering by trying to turn my land into a homestead. But doing SOMETHING during the day in the 5% of my time is something i need to implement.
