Sun sets but we don't grieve for it coz we know that it will rise again tomorrow. But once our loved ones dies, they won't come to us tomorrow again.
  • I lost my father this year, and since then have been trying to keep up. Due to COVID, I couldn't even see him which still haunts me every moment. I know all those coming to this video are looking to manage their grief, we are in this together. Strength to all my brother and sisters.

Lost my elder brother,37 due to covid. Every moment is a struggle now and nothing seems important. I wish I could rewind time and give him a tight hug and never let him go. This pain and guilt is so unbearable. Still I have to be (or pretend to be) strong for the sake of my mother, father, his wife , his two little kids and my own kids. Only this feeling of responsibly is keeping me going otherwise I have no wish to even exist in this cruel world.

To everyone watching who has lost a loved one or someone special, I am so sorry for your loss. May you all have the strength to go through and recover from this tough time. I, myself, am going through a bit of grief since I lost a fav celebrity, whom I have loved since childhood. Thank you, Swamiji, for your gems of wisdom.

I recently lost my father to covid and it was so sudden within a month our lives were shattered. My father knew he couldn't make it through and asked us to take him home to stop his medication but till the time when we got the news of putting him on ventilator we still believed that he will over come it. we were sooo happy until it happened we had beautiful planning together and I had a long list what would I do after I start working. I have soo much pain within me still a feeling of regret that I could have done this and that to save him. this fear of guilt and regret is killing me at times I think no I won't be in pain anymore I will do everything what my father wanted me to do and then I feel why should I do all these when my father is not there to be proud for me. I miss him soooo much. People around me who overcame covid comes and tell their stories how they got better and many people still believes that my father died because we kept him in hospital, they make me feel more pain and question myself did I do everything to protect my dad?

Everything is temporary in this world and all this relationships will end someday . hence the ultimate permanent is the relationship with God. Decide human form is too precious to overcome the grief of loss of loved ones. Something that was bound to happen and why do we have to get dejected. Even everything will be coming to end . Thanks Shri Swamiji for giving us the strength to bear the loss of loved ones and move ahead in life with the knowledge and wisdom of the ultimate truth . A must watch for all as we will be losing some loved ones sometime in our life unexpectedly and we will be in great grief and shock. Jai Ho !

This is an amazing answet to a very sensitive question. We spend our entire life in running behind the pleasure of our relatives and loved ones. But we donā€™t understand that this body has to go one day. Only relative we have is Lord Krishna. If we attach our heart to him only and do our duty in the world, it will be easier to accept when they leave.

That was beautiful, and I really needed to hear that today. I'm Catholic, but I've always had a love and fascination for Hinduism, such a beautiful religion. So many of the prayers, meditations, stories, etc. have helped me through so much in my life, so God bless.
  • I lost my mama yesterday due to covid That's why I came here I hope that everyone of us will be okay bcoz we all lost someone close to usšŸ™šŸ˜

I am actually going through all that he is talking about... initial shock followed by a period of denial and guilt as to what I could have done for my parents. Now that they are gone, I can only imagine what I could have done when they were alive... I did whatever I could but I still feel I didn't live upto my high standards.
