If this games goes well, Imagine still havig the sequel featuring Link's equivalent, or seeing a direct spiritual successor to Hotel Mario and one of IM Meen's games.

Wise ending, that. Managed to put an end to him.

Phenomenal game, but one of the few gripes I have with it are the bosses, because of how ridiculously easy they are, including the final boss. I know they wanted to make the final boss reminiscent to the one in the CDI Zelda games where you beat Ganon with one hit, but I still feel that they could've done more with Daimur in this game. Hopefully in an Arzette sequel, the bosses will be more challenging and the final one will have more depth.

I know that the easiness of this battle is faithful to Faces of Evil and Wand of Gamelon, but it still feels so underwhelming. If only the bosses were longer and had more screentime. The boss theme music is so good and their personalities are pretty fun as well.

I feel this ending was rushed, Daimur was trying to negociate with Arzette, but she simply didn't care, I think she should have at least think for a sec, before she snapped out of it and stoke him.

Part of me feels like maybe the gauntlet to Daimur could have been longer so it wouldn't feel so quick dealing with him, but if there's going to be instant-kill lava pits, perhaps the final boss is fine as is. I DO love that, just like Ganon in the CD-i Zelda games, Daimur goes down with one hit, which is pretty funny in and of itself. That ending where Arzette suddenly abolishes the monarchy of Faramore and turns it into a democracy feels so ham-fisted and forced, I can't help but laugh, though I'm not sure if I'm meant to laugh at it. Don't get me wrong, I'll gladly take a system that allows members of the general population to become members of the state over leadership by birthright any day, but the fact that Arzette is reluctant to become Queen makes me feel she's using this as a co-op to avoid actually becoming the leader. Like, what's she going to do when the people vote for her to become their leader anyway? I also can't help but think that a system like this might backfire, given how the Mayor of Faramore Town can be pretty unreasonable, to the point where Arzette needs to force him to give citizenship to Cypress... not to mention, certain real world events that I probably shouldn't bring up. Obviously, I'm overthinking this, but it's kind of hard to tell how sincere the writers are with stuff like this; was the whole democracy line supposed to be an absurd joke like the rest of the game's cutscenes? Or are we meant to take it more seriously like with King Rahklin's death (which, to be honest, felt a little out-of-place given the tone of the rest of the game)? Just to be clear, I love this game, and these aren't really meant to be criticisms so much as me musing about the game's story and the execution thereof.
