Great tour. One quick comment or recommendation. You do an amazing job letting us experience the inside of the home. Perhaps it would have been good to see you walk through the back of the home, along that path, and onto the beach. It lets people really imagine it being theirs. Food for thought? Or not. LOL

The neighbors are going to hear everything (or vice versa) when you are outside talking or partying... For that kind of money I would have more privacy, for sure!
