    Dude this humbled me real bad. The chest workout had my arms feeling much more sore than my chest. I didn’t even feel anything in my chest. Well maybe I did it wrong too. But after all it’s motivating me to try getting better at it. I’ll try the rest of the exercises now. I wish all young brothers luck on their journeys ✌🏼
