Impatient driver nearly causes a head-on collsion

I was traveling northbound Hwy 156 in Haslet, Texas, when this occurred. The driver of the white pick up chose to overtake me and another vehicle while disregarding oncoming traffic. The vehicle in the Southbound lanes came to a near stop instead of pulling onto the shoulder. It was clear that the southbound driver panicked instead of responding to what they were seeing.
