Thank you to those who gave me the name of the song. I should have done more effort into finding it, but at the time, I was just making something funny for the fun of it. There are a lot of re-uploaded videos on the original video, so it's near impossible to find the original. If you see this, whoever you you are, please let me know so I can credit you properly.

It’s the neck movement when he says “move it, move it” that truly makes this shine
-
You’re laughing, he can’t move it move it anymore and you’re laughing.
-
The fact Julian can still move his tail is great news, because it means he still has full function of his spine, so the problem is likely non-traumatic or even psychosomatic, which means he has a good chance to recover and, in time, move it, move it once again! This melts my heart
-
As Maurizio, I send my deepest condolences to King Julien
-
this almost feels like it would been in an actual film or episode
-
The meme: comical still image smiling The animation: sad, genuine feelings and movements, referencing source material accurately in a comical way without distracting too much from the somber atmosphere.
-
I love how he says “Mauricio” at the end like he can’t take it anymore
-
He can still move it move it while telling us he cant move it move it anymore. Truly a king.
-
Man, they're going in a completely different direction for Madagascar 4...
-
This beautiful, I almost cried
-
Creepy how Mort is canonly older by quite a bit then King Julian yet he's always stalking him
-
Holy shit dude, the motion of the wheelchair as it's being affected by his "move it move it" is so good??
-
This means our childhood is disappearing slowing until all of us are adults
-
If this actually was a bit in Madagascar 4, I would laugh the hardest I've ever laughed in a movie theater.
-
One of the best things I've seen for achieving comedic effect is taking silly cartoon characters and put them in a serious or dramatic scenario. King Julien not being able to "move it move it" because of being stuck in a wheelchair captures that perfectly.
-
I find it odd he can still move his tail
-
This is feels like something I would see on the Penguins of Madagascar
-
Nkunku said this as well

The song is called "School Rooftop" if anyone is wondering. Idk if anyone has already commented this
