This videos get me so hyped for football season!!! Great video as always!!
  • The main reason, as Chris Long said in his podcast, is that NO one wants to WORK hard enough to be the next Aaron Donald. Most DT's are chubby, getting by on DNA skills, getting involved in off the field concerns and they really don't STRIVE for excellence. If Warren Sapp had WORKED hard, he'd have been that good but he coasted and his skills dropped off a cliff. Cooper Kupp said he once worked out with Donald and that Aaron did the entire workout on JUST his arms. Donald wasn't gifted with the SIZE but his work ethic made him the best to ever do it at that position.

In high school I must have played against Aaron Donald and his 3 clones…

Um cant disagree but this is also kind of Captain Obvious?! Not knocking ya Billy, the Rams WILL miss him. Like Guns n Roses with no Slash

In terms of true defensive linemen, guys who can win and dominate from anywhere on the line of scrimmage, only Reggie White was better.

Steeler and TJ Watt fans on unalive watch after hearing sacks aren’t a true indicator to how good a defensive lineman is.

Probably not for a while. But Alan Page was better.

Not his entire 8-year career. Elgton Jenkins absolutely dominated him in the 2020 playoffs, limiting him to a single assisted tackle. Not even a single QB hit. It was awesome to watch, after all the hype about how great Aaron Donald was supposed to be, and Elgton Jenkins was a relative no-name at the time.
