A huge thank you to you all for your love and prayers as Beryl makes her approach to Jamaica today. My family and I have prepared in the best way we can and we are ready to ride out the hurricane. I don’t know what Jamaica will look like after today but regardless of what happens, we are a resilient nation and we will rebuild and can overcome. Be safe my fellow Jamaicans and watchers from the Cayman Islands as well!

Firstly I would like to ask for extra prayers for essential workers like myself who are leaving their families to work in the Hurricane. I did my best to secure my home, stock up on food and emergency supplies all I can do now is pray for safety and try my utmost best to focus on my patients at work and continue giving the best care possible.
