the reason why you use ruins is because if you want something like flying Dutchmen but you also want bloodlust, you can use a rain ruin in hell so you have better chances at flying Dutchmen or bloodlust that is the reason why people had so many comets it was to get a universe potion, and pop the heavenly 2 in hell and the universe potion was to have better chances at GARGANTUA or bloodlust hope this helps you.

Valor, the rune of everything makes every aura there normal odds so its like glitch biome but you can't get glitch. And you can buy them from jester for 300 or 600 purple points and you get purple points from selling the biome items ( like null?, corruptain, eternal flame ext) at jester

You can get runes at the dark merchant You can also sell biome exclusive items like rainy bottle and icicles for dark points which is exchanged to runes or other things you can get!

The reason u can't use rune of everything is because it's the same thing as a glitch biome so instead of getting Garg or blood at 430m or 300m u get them at 43m and 50m so rune of everything is basically ur own glitch biome that last 5x longer.
