Nobody gives Krist his dues Honorable man that never focuses his conversation on him, just "us" all the time. Someone in the industry please recognize this musician!
-
Krist is actually the Pillar of Nirvana. He was working and had 2 Vans, was Kurt’s best friend and caring brother, and behind his shy looks is extremely intelligent and talented
-
Man I love Krist. Nirvana would never have been what they became without him. No question.
-
Kurt was so lucky to have a friend like Krist.
-
Krist deserves a ton of respect. Kurt has said that krist helped make decisions about song structure all the time. Nirvana wouldn’t be what it was without him.
-
I can listen to Nirvana stories all day. Legends
-
So cool to hear Krist’s story and perspective. Such a cool, laidback dude!
-
Krist is a legend just like Dave and Kurt he needs to make a movie about Nirvana.
-
I feel like Rick is giving off this subtle “get to the point” vibe but us fans are loving EVERY SECOND of it haha
-
Jason Newsted and Krist made me pick up and play bass and play in bands in the 90s..bless that man❤
-
This makes me appreciate Dave Grohl so much more. Whenever he tells the story he talks about how he joined he talks about how big of a fan he was and how lucky he was to get a chance to play with them. Never mentions that Kurt and Kris went to see him and how in demand he was. Such a humble dude
-
The stories of the Seattle music scene in the eighties and nineties are fantastic.
-
Did Kirst just say Nirvana played with The Tragically Hip. As a Canadian that seems like a dream show to me. I would give anything to see a backstage conversation between Gord and Kurt. Both musical geniuses.
-
"It was Lori Black's mom's house..." The immortal Shirley Temple Black was Lori's mom.
-
I love that Nirvana opened for the Hip in front of “10 people” in Madison.
-
The remixed version of Nevermind really does bring the sound of his bass to a whole new level.
-
8:43 Tragically Hip!!! So underrated in the US!!!
-
I always love hearing Krist talk.
-
Just casually not mentioning that Lori Black’s mom was Shirley Temple. What a G.
